by commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. failure to do so may result in a block & a refusal to work with you again.

⪼ failure to pay within 48 hours will have your commission or claim to an adoptable cancelled

⪼ the exception to this rule is gifts, which I will honor if requested

⪼ you can upload art from me anywhere, as long as credit is provided

⪼ you cannot use my artwork for commercial use without prior discussion & additional payment for commercial rights
⪼ my artwork is NOT to be used for ANY form of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology under ANY circumstances; this includes but is not limited to nfts

⪼ not a rule, but just a note that I would genuinely love to see any art you make or commission of my designs, it makes me really happy!
⪼ you can alter the design as much as you want. I'd prefer it to stay at least partially recognizable, but it's fine if not
⪼ however you still cannot alter my initial artwork in any way without permission (hue shifts are fine)
⪼ you can resell my paid designs for any amount, HOWEVER, please don't take advantage of this rule to consistently profit off of my hard work
⪼ if a design has no initial worth (ie, it was a gift directly from me) you cannot sell it unless it has extra art that you spent money on. please don't profit off of gifts from me ):
⪼ I will NEVER forcefully take back a character for any reason, unless you file a chargeback

small symmetrical headshots. an additional $5 may be added for non-humanoid characters, as I won't be able to use my premade base head shape

rough sketches. sometimes lineless or partially lineless. overall design & colors take priority above cleanliness. complexity fees apply for clothes & wings.

a headshot or bust illustration of your character, typically cuts off just below the collarbone. if your request includes a hand, an additional $5 may be charged

a full or mostly-full body illustration of your character. discounts may be provided for body parts that are cut off or hidden by a pose/composition, at my discretion. complexity fee MAY apply for clothes, & applies for wings.
